tomoaki 4bdec4a11f Update: Create param.conf and key files automatically.

BugFix: change parameter name BroadcastIp and BroadcastPortNo to
MulticastIP and MulticastPortNo, respectively.
Update: Makefile to copy param.conf and build Log monitor.
Update: README
